★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é razoável para uma internet de bairro. A que eu usava era de fibra, mas o serviço era instável 30% do tempo. Muitas vezes fiquei sem serviço quando precisava fazer atendimento (Psicoterapia) ou dar aulas. Isso foi bastante complicado. O serviço de atendimento melhorou, mas ainda não é em todos os horários. Se você ficar sem internet de madrugada por exemplo, precisa esperar até o outro dia.
The service is reasonable for a neighborhood internet. The one I used was fiber, but the service was unstable 30% of the time. I was often without service when I needed to attend (Psychotherapy) or teach classes. This was quite complicated. Customer service has improved, but it's still not at all times. If you run out of internet at dawn, for example, you need to wait until the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo principalmente o da atendente Bruna Souza. Me fez esperar 40 minutos para pedir para reiniciar o aparelho... Após reiniciar o mesmo ela informa que é uma instabilidade na área. Fiquei um ano pagando pelo plano de 200 megas e só recebia 100.
