★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos hoje (19/01) com 1h de antecedência para o checkin e foi nos informados que estavam finalizando a limpeza dos quartos… agora, 14h (1hora depois) e ainda nos pediram mais 20 minutos para liberarem o quarto para checkin.
No WhatsApp a atendente Barbara responde uma pergunta e some, aí temos que ficar enviando várias mensagens no Instagram para responderem, sem contar que estão apagando os comentários no Instagram.
Não indico e nem voltaremos!!!
 We arrived today (01/19) 1h before check-in and we were informed that they were finishing cleaning the rooms… now, 14h (1h later) and they asked us for another 20 minutes to release the room for checkin.
On WhatsApp, the attendant Barbara answers a question and disappears, then we have to keep sending several messages on Instagram to answer, not to mention that they are deleting the comments on Instagram.
I don't recommend and we won't be back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é agradável, mas pra quem tá acostumado com aquele serviço de hotel eu não indico.
Ficamos no 30° andar, os elevevadores demora um pouco, na piscina não tem serviço de bar. O quarto era ótimo, a vista sensacional, espaçoso.
Se você tiver indo em 4 pessoas por exemplo, o custo benefício é bom.
The place is nice, but for those who are used to that hotel service I don't recommend it.
We stayed on the 30th floor, the elevators take a while, the pool has no bar service. The room was great, the view amazing, spacious.
If you are going with 4 people for example, the value for money is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento alugado via Airbnb. Ótimo ap. com vista para o mar, equipado e limpo. Já o hotel tem problemas que deveriam ser resolvidos para melhorar a experiência. Poucos elevadores funcionando para um edifício de 29 andares, ainda elevadores pequenos. Nenhum controle de circulação e menos ainda de respeito às regras sanitárias para contenção da pandemia.
Apartment rented via Airbnb. Great app. overlooking the sea, equipped and clean. The hotel, on the other hand, has problems that should be resolved to improve the experience. Few elevators working for a 29-story building, still small elevators. No circulation control and even less respect for health rules to contain the pandemic.
