★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bomba dessa marca Hybel para a plataforma do meu caminhão o vendedor Caio falou que era a melhor do mercado e nao me daria dor de cabeça, mais o que eu tô vendo não tem Um Pós vendas, a bomba está vazando óleo o dia todo, o representante Caio me disse que tenho que tirar a bomba e mandar pra analisar e ficar com meu Caminhão PARADO DURANTE UMA SEMANA para analisar o defeito, na situação que eu estou ( Prestacao de caminhão de 8 mil por mês) eu não consigo deixar o caminhão uma semana parado por causa do defeito da bomba que está na garantia e foi essa a resposta do representante Caio para mim!!!
Esse é o melhor que vcs podem fazer?????
E inclusive não comprem essa bomba e não aceite indicação do mecânico deles que também não tem compromisso com o cliente!!!!!!
I bought a pump of this Hybel brand for the platform of my truck, the salesman Caio said it was the best on the market and it wouldn't give me a headache, but what I'm seeing doesn't have an After Sales, the pump is leaking oil all day , the representative Caio told me that I have to remove the pump and send it to be analyzed and keep my truck STOPPED FOR A WEEK to analyze the defect, in the situation I am in (truck service of 8 thousand per month) I cannot leave the truck stopped for a week because of a defect in the pump that is under warranty and that was the answer from the representative Caio for me!!!
Is this the best you can do?????
And don't even buy this pump and don't accept indication from their mechanic who also has no commitment to the customer!!!!!!
