★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAOA Avenida Goias. Por enquanto estou completamente decepcionada. Estou aguardando a finalização de algo e logo volto pra contar a minha história sobre essa agência. Q até o momento infelizmente péssima, só tive gastos e perca de tempo até agora. Não estou falando sobre o atendimento mas a agência infelizmente deixa muito a desejar, especificamente essa agência.
CAOA Goias Avenue. So far I'm completely disappointed. I'm waiting for the completion of something and soon I'll be back to tell my story about this agency. Q so far unfortunately terrible, I only had expenses and lost time so far. I'm not talking about the service but the agency unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, specifically this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAOA AVENIDA GOIÁS EM São Caetano do Sul infelizmente uma decepção atrás da outra, são muito enrolados, parece até q não querem vender, fazem vc pagar por um laudo cautelar que só serve pra poderem depreciar ainda mais o seu carro usado, me fizeram viajar de uma cidade pra outra pra fazer não dar certo, conclusão, em 2 dias compramos o mesmo carro em outra agência Caoa e já saímos com o carro. Se querem fazer negócio fujam dessa agência, agora se gosta de ser enrolado, esse é o lugar certo.

Porém eu nem recebi o meu carro já estou tento dor de cabeça.
Na hora de fechar o negócio não deram todos os detalhes do pagto, de forma clara e correta.
E agora na entrega do meu automóvel, por causa de uma burocracia interna, vão entregar o meu carro daqui 6 dias, sendo que o carro já esta pronto na concessionaria, por que eles tem um sistema burocrático e não podem fazer a entrega. isso é inadmissível, e ilógico. comprar com eles é comprar e não ter pressa para entregarem seu carro, melhor pensar bem se vc tiver pressa, pq eles não se importam com a sua necessidade, o sistema internos deles é mais importante que o cliente.
The service was good, I can't complain about my service.
But I didn't even get my car, I'm already having a headache.
When closing the deal, they did not give all the details of the payment, clearly and correctly.
And now in the delivery of my car, because of an internal bureaucracy, they will deliver my car in 6 days, and the car is already ready at the dealership, because they have a bureaucratic system and cannot deliver. this is unacceptable, and illogical. buying from them is buying and not being in a hurry to deliver your car, better think about it if you are in a hurry, because they don't care about your need, their internal system is more important than the customer.
