★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um creta prestígie 2017/2018 semi novo o qual veio Cheio de defeito e não resolveram nada carro com estalo na direção foi feito serviço de garantia é já ficou resolvido dizendo que vão refazer novamente o serviço porque vão esperar chegar a pega da coluna de direção .
Carro treme todo aí rodar em velocidade de 80 a 90 e ao ultrapassagem de 110 a 130 e Não resolveram o problema dos suportes de cabos debaixo da caixa de rodas que segura o cabo do do ABS falaram que iam trocar pela garantia e não resolveram nada fui verificar tá tudo do mesmo jeito só gambiarra tudo amarrado com fita isolante. Líquido de arrefecimento do carro baixando direto ficaram de verificar e nao resolveram nada fui levar o carro par alinhar a balancear as rodas fora e verifiquei o vazamento no reservatório do líquido de arrefecimento.
Nunca mais compro carro nessa loja irei tomar as devidas providências

 I bought a prestige 2017/2018 semi new which came Full of defect and they didn't solve anything, car with a crack in the steering wheel, warranty service was done, it's already been resolved saying they're going to redo the service again because they'll wait for the steering column handle .
Car shakes all over there, running at a speed of 80 to 90 and when overtaking from 110 to 130 and They didn't solve the problem of the cable holders under the wheel box that holds the ABS cable, they said they were going to exchange it for the warranty and they didn't solve anything. check everything in the same way just workaround all tied with electrical tape. The car's coolant going down directly they checked and didn't solve anything. I went to take the car to align and balance the wheels outside and I checked the leak in the coolant reservoir.
I will never buy a car at this store again, I will take the necessary steps
Super mega disappointed.

Poor quality service. Nobody answers the landline. It's no use advertising, merchandising on the radio mix if the store doesn't respond to the height. I do not recommend.

Nessa loja atende o telefone fixo indicado no site. Ficamos horas servindo de palhaço na linha. Nem a atendente com quem consegui um número de whatzapp que estava salvo no celular, facilitou o serviço de revisão p mim. Disse que estava ocupada e que não poderia me atender no momento. Enfim, gente, um Desastre! Expresso meus sentimentos de revolta e indignação com essa postura de desrespeito ao consumidor ao cliente, que tanto se sacrifica pra compra seu carro O, pra pagar as parcelas direitinho, e tem q se deparar com
essa postura de inércia e de descaso. Minhas recomendações e elogios vão todos para a HIUNDAY Unidade da Unique, que me atenderam rápido e com bastante presteza.
