Fizemos uma revisão do carro e simplesmente "esqueceram" de lançar no sistema.
Fomos a outra agência Hyundai e tivemos dor de cabeça pois não constava o lançamento. Tivemos que levar pra Montreal Macaé para lançarem no sistema o serviço da revisão.
Não recomendo essa agência, procurem a AMX Piratininga -Niterói, essa é outro nível de atendimento.
Service left something to be desired in the AFTER SALES sector.
We did a review of the car and they simply "forgot" to enter it in the system.
We went to another Hyundai agency and had a headache because the launch was not included. We had to take it to Montreal Macaé to launch the review service in the system.
I do not recommend this agency, look for AMX Piratininga -Niterói, this is another level of service.
