★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Passei meus dados pessoais ao vendedor e quando solicitei informações básicas sobre o carro, simplesmente não me informaram. Espero que isso não aconteça novamente com os futuros clientes.
I didn't like the service. I passed my personal data to the seller and when I asked for basic information about the car, they simply didn't inform me. I hope that doesn't happen again with future customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nessa loja, só lhe atendem bem na hora de vender depois é só enrolação, comprei uma caminhonete aí depois de um tempo antes de completar os 3 meses que eles falam que dão garantia o carro deu problema na caixa de marcha, o Heid não queria pagar o serviço ficou só enrolando e no final só me deu uma parte do valor que foi gasto pra consertar o carro, ou seja não tem compromisso, péssimo pós venda não indico pra ninguém péssima loja, resumindo fiquei no prejuízo, NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA !
Don't buy at this store, they only serve you well when selling, then it's just stalling, I bought a truck there after a while before completing the 3 months they say they guarantee the car had a problem with the gearbox, Heid didn't I wanted to pay for the service, and in the end, he only gave me a part of the amount that was spent to repair the car, that is, there is no commitment, bad after-sales, I do not recommend to anyone a bad store, in short I was at a loss, DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 veiculo paguei a vista o vendedor hedy pai ficou de fazer o dut eletrônico pela empresa passa 3 semanas e nada do dut liguei várias vezes sempre tinha um motivo pra não entregar esse dut estava sempre viajando quando voltou falou que não tinha selo pra autenticar lá se foram mais de 20 dias sendo que tenho 30 dias pra transferir o veículo pro meu nome na segunda-feira dia 4/10/21 eu liguei perguntando do selo ele marcou comigo pra vir na loja as 7 da manhã mas eu falei so vou as 9 aqui estou hj na loja 6/10/21 desde 9:45 já são 11:30 e nada do rapaz chegar resumo dessa loja falta de respeito com cliente nunca mais volto a fazer negócio aqui
I bought 1 vehicle I paid in cash the seller hedy father was to make the electronic dut for the company 3 weeks ago and nothing of the dut I called several times I always had a reason not to deliver this dut I was always traveling when he came back he said he had no seal to authenticate there if it was more than 20 days and I have 30 days to transfer the vehicle to my name on Monday 10/4/21 I called asking about the seal he booked me to come to the store at 7 am but I said I'll just go by 9 I'm here today at the store 10/06/21 since 9:45 it's already 11:30 am and the boy doesn't arrive. Summary of this store lack of respect for the customer I'll never do business here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei pelo fato, que peguei um carro com alguns problemas, tive que trocar óleo, correia dentada, tive que pagar IPVA, e com dois meses o carro já está com problemas na partida.
I didn't like the fact that I took a car with some problems, I had to change oil, timing belt, I had to pay IPVA, and after two months the car is already having problems starting.
