★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa, credenciada da Sky,me prestou um péssimo serviço,e,como me reportei a Sky para relatar a minha insatisfação, passei a sofrer represálias da mesma.Por ser essa empresa a única credenciada da minha região,as visitas técnicas agendadas pela Sky não foram realizadas.Sendo assim, estou sem o serviço há quase duas semanas.
E, quando procurei contato direto com essa credenciada,fui tratada com desrespeito por um funcionária.

This company, accredited by Sky, gave me a terrible service, and, as I reported to Sky to report my dissatisfaction, I started to suffer reprisals from it. Because this company is the only accredited company in my region, the technical visits scheduled by Sky have not been carried out. So I have been out of service for almost two weeks.
And, when I sought direct contact with this accredited, I was treated with disrespect by an employee.
