Deliceria is one of my favorite spaces, and perfect for a break in the day. In addition to having one of the best pies I've ever tasted in my life!

I think sensational is the word that best fits to describe the feeling I felt when I sat in that peaceful environment, with such polite and attentive servers, not to mention the delicious cappuccino they served me.

Infelizmente o atendimento ainda deixa a desejar.
O cliente não pode esperar 10 minutos para receber um pedido que está pronto.(Uma empada, uma coxinha, etc.)
Ajustem esse ponto, foquem na satisfação do cliente que com certeza ele voltará.
I really liked the atmosphere, the food is good, everything very tasty.
Unfortunately the service still leaves something to be desired.
The customer cannot wait 10 minutes to receive an order that is ready. (A patty, a coxinha, etc.)
Adjust this point, focus on customer satisfaction and they will definitely come back.
