Fui na loja trocar, após ligar e ter autorização de troca e a loja não quis trocar o produto com menos de 1 semana, sendo que NÃO FOI USADO. NÃO INDICO A LOJA PRA NINGUÉM.
Congratulations on the bad service. I bought an expensive pillow, indicated by the salesperson for having pains in the spine and the pillow was not suitable for me. I went to the store to change, after calling and having authorization to change and the store did not want to change the product with less than 1 week, and was NOT USED. I DO NOT INDICATE THE STORE FOR NOBODY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem esse colchão antes de pesquisar muito! Eles não tem respeito com o cliente. Cobram mais caro no mesmo colchão entre um loja e outra. Não cumprem o que falam. Comprei um colchão CARO e durmo e acordo sem sentir que descansei, meu marido começou a ter dor nas costas.
Tenho crédito na loja e eles não fazem a menor questão. Zero cortesia.
Pior compra da vida, pior experiência com um colchão. A marca diz que preocupa com seu sono. MENTIRA. Só preocupam com a venda , depois vc que se lasque.
Don't buy this mattress before you do a lot of research! They have no respect for the customer. They charge more on the same mattress between one store and another. They don't do what they say. I bought an EXPENSIVE mattress and I sleep and wake up without feeling that I rested, my husband started having back pain.
I have credit at the store and they don't care. Zero courtesy.
Worst purchase of life, worst experience with a mattress. The brand says it worries about your sleep. LIE. They only care about the sale, then you have to chip.

Recomendo demais para quem está procurando um bom colchão mas não sabe bem o que precisa, pois as vendedoras são verdadeiras especialistas do sono.
