★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora não encontrei nenhuma empresa tão bem especializada como a I9, suas camisetas são muito boas. O único problema é que muitas vezes não compensa comprar poucas unidades de um mesmo modelo, acaba saindo mais caro.
So far I have not found any company as well specialized as I9, their t-shirts are very good. The only problem is that often not worth buying a few units of the same model, it ends up being more expensive.

I made a mistake by not checking the name to be embroidered and I confirmed the order, but even after it was done when I noticed the error, they were ready to make the adjustment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrado seria o relato de minha experiência com o serviço da loja. Há 10 dias fiz o pagamento e autorizei a confecção das camisas, e até agora não estão prontas. Detalhe: a loja me deu prazo de 18/05, fui buscar hoje, 19/05 e não estavam prontas, sequer iniciaram a confecção. E quando a atendente perguntou a funcionária responsável pelas minhas camisas ela respondeu: "Não está pronta porque atrasou" e deu de costas. Mas isto é óbvio! Então: atrasam, não avisam, não explicam e ainda destratam. Se não já estivesse pago, seria um caso claro de desistência. Frustrante.
Frustrated would be the account of my experience with the store's service. 10 days ago I made the payment and authorized the making of the shirts, and so far they are not ready. Detail: the store gave me a deadline of 05/18, I went to pick them up today, 05/19 and they weren't ready, they didn't even start making them. And when the attendant asked the employee responsible for my shirts she replied: "It's not ready because it was late" and turned away. But this is obvious! So: they delay, they don't warn, they don't explain and they still mistreat. If it wasn't already paid, it would be a clear case of giving up. Frustrating.
