★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos para instalação de ar condicionado em nossa empresa, além do serviço ter sido muito mal feito, houve um equívoco e o financeiro de nossa empresa acabou transferindo um valor de (600,00) a mais, entramos em contato e enviamos e-mail, nos foi informado que fariam o estorno do valor, isso foi em dezembro de 2018, até agora nada! E qdo tentamos contato o sr Anderson(que se apresentou como dono da I9) simplesmente não nos atende mais e nem responde às mensagens, vamos negativar a empresa e fazer um B. O.
Não esperamos mais que se resolva isso numa boa! NÃO CONTRATEM SERVIÇOS DA I9Air, SÃO DESONESTOS!
We contracted to install air conditioning in our company, besides the service was very poorly done, there was a mistake and the financial of our company ended up transferring a value of (600.00) more, we contacted and sent e-mail, we were informed that they would make the reversal of the value, this was in December 2018, so far nothing! And when we try to contact Mr. Anderson (who presented himself as owner of I9) simply does not answer us any more and does not respond to the messages, we will negativise the company and make a B. O.
We do not expect it to be solved any better! DO NOT CONTRACT FOR I9AIR SERVICES, ARE DISAGONDS!
