★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestaram um serviço de troca de tela do aparelho celular do meu filho em 12/06 com valor de 290,00 reais e uma película de cortesia. Alguns dias depois meu filho percebeu um pequeno rachado e achou que era da película (o aparelho não caiu), então retirou a película e verificou que era na tela . Estive na loja para verificar o que poderia ser feito e já de imediato a atendente afirmou que era impossível o que eu estava relatando (ou seja, estava mentindo) e disse que nada poderia ser feito. Questionei que então se eu quisesse a tela trocada teria que pagar 290,00 novamente? O técnico me respondeu que eu teria um desconto ... Teria que pagar 240,00 reais.
Voltei com o aparelho com a tela rachada .
Por esse valor posso trocar em outro lugar onde não serei tratada como mentirosa
They provided a service to change the screen of my son's cell phone on 06/12 with a value of 290.00 reais and a courtesy film. I went to the store to check what could be done and immediately the attendant stated that what I was reporting was impossible (that is, I was lying) and said that nothing could be done. I asked that if I wanted the screen changed, would I have to pay 290.00 again? The technician replied that I would have a discount ... I would have to pay 240.00 reais.
I came back with the device with the screen cracked.
For that amount I can exchange in another place where I will not be treated as a liar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou Wellington, fui mais cedo aí na loja de vocês, meu celular não estava carregando o iPhone 8 Plus, e você verificou ele e fez uma limpeza na entrada da bateria, voltou a carregar e não me cobrou nada. E estou mandando essa mensagem não pelo valor que não cobrou mais pela honestidade que teve comigo. Hoje em dia a gente vê mais pessoas se aproveitando uma das outras, querendo tirar vantagens a todo custo e fui embora refletindo essa atitude sua.
Já sou cliente a bastante tempo e agora tenho certeza mais ainda que continuarei sendo, moro proximo ao mercado pedreira e tem várias lojinhas de celular que poderia ir, mais com a confiança e o bom atendimento eu e a minha esposa sempre fomos na loja de vocês.
Obrigado mais uma vez pela atitude, bom atendimento e a honestidade.
Sempre que puder irei indiciar vocês pra qualquer pessoa.
