No entanto, não darei 5 estrelas pois a Iap só tem telefone/whatsapp para atendimento nas demais lojas em outro estado, menos na de Belém. Todo vez que quero saber se já chegou minha tinta, tenho que ir até à loja e algumas vezes nem tinha o produto. Muito chato isso. Fica a dica para vocês criarem um canal de atendimento online/telefone para loja de BELÉM. Obrigada.
Store is great. Attentive attendants, a wide variety of products and accessories, excellent prices. However, I won't give it 5 stars because Iap only has a phone/whatsapp service in other stores in another state, except Belém. Every time I want to know if my ink has arrived, I have to go to the store and sometimes I don't even had the product. Very annoying this. Here's a tip for you to create an online/telephone service channel for the BELÉM store. Thanks.
