★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha o servidor ter que depender disso, já era ruim, piorou nessa atual gestão, não atende o telefone, tudo precisa autorizar até um simples exame de sangue, e sem contar que tem que ficar meio dia na fila da regulação...só vejo um jeito para melhorar, tem que privatizar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esse plano de saúde não presta!! Ficou ainda pior agora. Não conseguimos agendar uma consulta, é tudo por telefone, mas os telefones não funcionam. Um desrespeito com o servidor que paga esse plano, vou cancelar, pois é inviável.
Unfortunately this health plan is no good!! It got even worse now. We can't schedule an appointment, it's all over the phone, but the phones don't work. A disrespect to the server that pays for this plan, I will cancel it, as it is unfeasible.

POR FAVOR LIGUEM PARA A OUVIDORIA GERAL DO MUNICÍPIO DE BELÉM 162, LÁ ELES VÃO ENCAMINHAR A DENÚNCIA DE VCS E COBRAR POSICIONAMENTO DA PREFEITURA. SE TODA A POPULAÇÃO SOUBESSE DESSE CANAL DE DENÚNCIA MUITA COISA JÁ TINHA MUDADO. ESSE CANAL COBRA DO MUNICÍPIO TODO ASSUNTO RELACIONADO AOS ÓRGÃOS DA PREFEITURA DE BELÉM. ESPALHEM ESSA INFORMAÇÃO.

Poderiam facilitar para nós com agendamento virtual! Seria menos dificultoso para nós, estamos precisando nos consultar e não conseguimos!!!!
