★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em julho de 2017 fizemos uma compra com a Iasipar de vários itens e alguns deles vieram com as medidas divergentes da que solicitamos (parafusos) não é a primeira vez que isso acontece...um dos itens solicitado era PARAFUSO SEXTAVADO AUTOBROCANTE 6X25 e foi entregue vários parafusos misturados (Cabeça de 14x3/4 o menor e o maior 14x 1°) Falamos com Junior sobre uma possível troca e o mesmo com toda má vontade não nos deu chance alguma de resolvermos essa questão. Não estamos, absolutamente, questionando o valor do produto (porque não é considerável), mas somos clientes antigos dessa empresa e, com certeza, como qualquer empresa que entrega um pedido errado tem por obrigação reparar o erro...sem contar que a empresa conseguiria vender esse parafuso novamente, pois para nós não vai servir de nada a não ser sucatear.
Respeito e atenção aos cliente é primordial.

In July 2017 we made a purchase with Iasipar of several items and some of them came with measures that differ from the one we ordered (screws) this is not the first time this has happened ... one of the items requested was SEXTAVADO SCREW SCREW 6X25 and it was delivered several screws mixed (14x3 / 4 head the smallest and the largest 14x 1 °) We talked to Junior about a possible exchange and the same with all ill will did not give us any chance to resolve this issue. We are not questioning the value of the product at all (because it is not considerable), but we are former customers of this company and, certainly, like any company that delivers a wrong order, it is obliged to repair the error ... not to mention that the company I would be able to sell this screw again, because for us it will be of no use except scrap.
Respect and attention to customers is paramount.
Lost a customer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento mais uma vez,uns 20 dias atrás fui comprar uns parafusos e arruelas,me atendeu um rapaz com um atendimento nada aceitável, estava estressado,hoje, infelizmente precisei comprar mais alguns itens,a moça do caixa foi muito atenciosa,tentou ajudar,como não sabia,chamou um rapaz pra me atender, justamente o rapaz do dia anterior,ele nem veio até mim,ficou sentado no fundo da loja com a perna cruzada e só.
Deve ser filho do proprietário,não ralou o tanto que o pai ou parente ralou pra construir o comércio, péssimo atendimento e péssima educação,eu trabalho em comércio tbm, lamentável a experiência de compra neste estabelecimento,jamais indicarei e voltarei no lugar.....

Lousy service again, about 20 days ago I went to buy some screws and washers, a boy with an unacceptable service attended me, he was stressed, today, unfortunately I had to buy some more items, the cashier girl was very attentive, tried to help, as he didn't know, he called a guy to attend to me, just the guy from the previous day, he didn't even come to me, he sat at the back of the store with his leg crossed and that was it.
He must be the owner's son, he didn't care as much as his father or relative did to build the store, lousy service and lousy education, I work in trade too, unfortunate the shopping experience at this establishment, I will never recommend and go back to the place ... ..
