Great place, quiet ... TOP professional attentive and helpful ... so far I have only taken 10 classes and have already obtained a great result in the measurements and improvement of pain and recovery of my knee ... very happy with the result!

E o local continua incrível! A Raquel me estimulou com os exercícios e seu jeito atento e carinhoso a me desafiar a aumentar meus exercícios e assim consegui emagrecer e ainda estiquei 2 cm com os exercícios de alongamento! Vale muito a pena!!!
The space is very well equipped and the instructor is a competent physical therapist who guides us with property and kindness. I recommend!

And the place remains incredible! Raquel encouraged me with the exercises and her attentive and caring way to challenge me to increase my exercises and thus I managed to lose weight and even stretched 2 cm with the stretching exercises! Very worth it !!!
