★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não é O orgão em se,mais às empresas que não estão mais querendo mais um profissional, só pôr causa da idade e com isso contratam pessoas que não tem experiência e o barato acaba se tornando caro; só têm um porém O que às empresas estão fazendo com um profissional é puro preconceito,como se Eles tbm não São até muito mais sem capacidade do que mesmo o profissional que Eles deixam de contratar;eu tenho uma opinião comigo tanto a empresa quanto O profissional precisam um do outro, eram pra ser complemento e sim não preconceito como está aí acontecendo, é, pôr isso que tem muitas empresas indo a falência infelizmente uma realidade e tanto, que esses empresários encherguem O profissional de verdade com olhos do coração e não com PRECONCEITO!!
Unfortunately, it is not the organ itself, but for companies that are no longer looking for a professional, just because of their age and with that they hire people who have no experience and cheap ends up becoming expensive; there's only one but What companies are doing with a professional is pure prejudice, as if they aren't even much more incapable than even the professional they stop hiring; I have an opinion with me both the company and the professional they need each other, they were supposed to be a complement and yes, not prejudice as is happening there, that's why there are many companies going bankrupt, unfortunately, quite a reality, that these entrepreneurs see the real professional with eyes of the heart and not with PRECONCEPTION!!
