Breakfast more or less, attendants without any sympathy, small room (but the bed is good) TV doesn't work, bad shower… it's a place that serves, but I didn't feel comfortable and I don't intend to go back ??

A menina da recepção não está na recepção, já tentei duas vezes fazer check out, estou atrasada e ela não está no local de trabalho. Faço o que? Saio sem pagar a água?
The room is not cheap to be that uncomfortable. Bathroom and suffocating.
The reception girl is not at the reception, I have already tried to check out twice, I am late and she is not at work. What I do? Do I go out without paying for water?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De acordo com o meu trabalho acabo conhecendo outros hotéis, até mesmo outros Ibis. Mas esse budget e bem ruim. Já fiquei em lugares q vc não dava nada para o lugar e la era muito aconchegante.
Hotel desse nome não ter um grifo bar e uma piada. O banheiro e separado, onde toma banho ok, más onde fica o vaso só por Deus. Não me lembro de ter visto algo tão pequeno. Se entrar de frente sai de costas, se entrar de costas sai de frente. Se tem fobia nem entra.
Tenho 1.79, do meu ombro a parede ficam 4 dedos de cada lado. Bizarro,!!.
Na hora de levantar tem q abrir a porta, se não vc não levanta.
Os funcionários são muito bons. Mas para quem projetou o quarto...

According to my work, I end up getting to know other hotels, even other Ibis. But this budget is pretty bad. I've stayed in places where you didn't give anything to the place and it was very cozy.
Hotel of that name does not have a bar and a joke. The bathroom is separate, where you can shower ok, but where the toilet is, just for God's sake. I don't remember seeing anything so small. If you enter from the front, exit from the back, if you enter from the back, exit from the front. If you have a phobia, don't even enter.
I'm 1.79, from my shoulder to the wall are 4 fingers on each side. Bizarre,!!.
When you get up, you have to open the door, otherwise you don't get up.
The employees are very good. But for those who designed the room...
I bet you didn't stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito confortável, os funcionários são bastante eficientes e os quartos são muito limpos, não os digo pequenos e, sim, aconchegantes. O café da manhã é bom, com frutas, pães, ovos, molho de hot dog, cereais, pão de queijo e uma ótima máquina de café pra você escolher o tipo que mais lhe agradar. Tem wifi livre em todo o ambiente, o lounge é bem confiável. Na galeria tem cervejaria, cafeteria, sorveteria, o restaurante do hotel tem um bom cardápio e os preços são justos.
Um ótimo custo X benefício.
Recomendo.
Very comfortable, the staff are very efficient and the rooms are very clean, I wouldn't say small and yes, cozy. Breakfast is good, with fruits, breads, eggs, hot dog sauce, cereal, cheese bread and a great coffee machine for you to choose the type that suits you best. There is free wifi throughout, the lounge is very reliable. In the gallery there is a brewery, coffee shop, ice cream shop, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and prices are fair.
A great value for money.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, really good breakfast unlike anything I've ever seen in Europe, back April I traveled from London to Carajas airport I didn't have a reservation, as I was driving past I've seen this hotel which I found very interesting it didn't look nothing like the local architecture then me and my mates straight away as soon as we saw the reception we've decided to stay even for a budget hotel the the air-conditioning was really good a relief for 3 English man , that day it was 40 degrees Celsius and the air-conditioning was a God sent.
The staff are really friendly the manager was really friendly spoke perfect English , Portuguese, Arabic and some Spanish I was surprised he is from Maroco unfortunately I can't remember his name but he is definitely the best hotel manager I've ever meet.
The room are quite small but really clean and modern.
I have no word to describe how happy I am .
I would rate this as the best budget hotel in the Amazon area .
