★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel, service and room were great. The only observation I could make is the switch on the wall. It's the new type and they don't have any adaptors. The parking lot is free and very big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bland rooms, bathroom had 1 towel & 1 bar of soap. Raphael downstairs in the kitchen area was an absolute pleasure though. Extremely professional & helped me coordinate my travel home to the United States as I do not speak Portuguese. Raphael deserves a significant raise in compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The efficient service of the desk, very agile, the hotel was clean and organized, and it has the facility of the garage inside the building without additional charge. This made my family's trip a lot easier and brought peace of mind during entry and exit. Great!
