★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. The hotel os located inside the Ribeirão Shopping Mall. The rooms and the hotel infrascructure is better than the usually find in IBIS hotels in brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I arrived the attendant gave us the option to choose between a high floor and a low floor. We said it doesn't matter, so he put us on the 9th floor. When I was on the elevator The person that stayed with me said she heard the other attendant saying he 9th floor has a water issue. We preferred to believe it was not true. The first morning was ok. Low water, but ok. The second day a few drops and cold water after a while. We came to complaint to manager which looks like was not interested. The attendant told us to have a shower on the 166 because the problem on the 9th floor. We got our breakfast and he did not come back to talk. When I came back after the congress my key was not working so I talked again to the attendant which gave us the room and another person which seems to be another manager. She said there was no problem! Of course we discussed. I came back to my room and on the next morning the same problem on shower. Luckily it is check out day. I asked for the receipt of the parking, she said it will come by email. I am responding this survey but so far did not received the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site mentioned that one child under 12 is free and acceptable but when I arrived they didn´t have a room with a extra bed for my daughter. For me it´s wrong because the site don´t let you say that a child is going and when you arrive you never know if you will have an extra bed for him. The hotel employee told me they have almost half of the rooms with an extra bed but all of them were booked and I should had called after booking in the official site, it sounds so wrong for me. The site should let you know if you will have or not a bed for your child. Besides that the stay was great as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the room very dark. The bathroom had an disagreeable smell coming from the drain and when I arrived there was hair on the floor. But I would like to commend the service at both reception and parking, in addition to breakfast.
