★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadastramos uma vaga no site de vcs e tivemos o retorno de que nossa vaga não foi aprovada.
Somos uma empresa pequena, começando, e nossa proposta não era remunerada. Talvez por isso não tenha passado.
Gostaria de chamar a atenção, pois já fui estagiário e claro, se puder receber e aprender, melhor ainda.
Mas acredito que cabe ao aluno decidir se ele quer aprender, com ou sem remuneração. E não a faculdade.
Vcs estão privando os alunos da possibilidade de aprender na prática e como a sociedade capitalista em que vivemos é assim, acostumando nossos estudantes a trabalhar apenas por dinheiro, que tipo de profissional vocês estão formando? Seis da vocação do Ibmec, mas sinceramente, acredito que o aluno interessado deve ter a capacidade e o discernimento de decidir
Nessa fase, o mais importante é aprender.
E foi isso que propomos. Fornecer uma vaga para aprenderem.
Até porque nossa ideia é, se o aluno estagiário evoluir bem e a empresa também, por que não ser o primeiro emprego dele.
Mas, se essa é a posição da faculdade, é bom saber.
É nessas horas que vemos os valores que estão sendo ensinados na formação dos alunos.
Fica a dica para as empresas: vamos valorizar quem neste momento de aprendizado quer aprender e adquirir experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho estudou um semestre nessa instituição e por motivos financeiros tive que cancelar a matrícula. A instituição, mesmo eu tendo perguntado diretamente na secretaria se existiria algum valor a pagar, emitiu um boleto que nunca chegou para mim e cobrou juros em cima do atraso no pagamento. Fui contactado por uma empresa de cobrança três meses depois e tive que pagar por algo que no fui devidamente informado. Quando fiz a reclamação o setor financeiro descreveu como eles eram perfeitos em seu procedimento, sem me escutar e me deixando como um imbecil e como alguém que não tinha pago por irresponsabilidade. Uma instituição de educação que faz isso para mim no vale nada. Só pensa no dinheiro e procura muitos caminhos para obtê-lo.
My son studied for a semester at this institution and for financial reasons I had to cancel the registration. The institution, even though I asked directly at the secretariat if there would be any amount to pay, issued a payment slip that never came to me and charged interest on the late payment. I was contacted by a collection company three months later and had to pay for something that I was not properly informed about. When I made the complaint, the financial sector described how they were perfect in their procedure, without listening to me and leaving me as an imbecile and as someone who had not paid for irresponsibility. An educational institution that does this to me is worth nothing. He only thinks about money and looks for many ways to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou aluno do IBMEC a mais de 5 anos e sempre fui fiel com meus pagamentos junto a instituição, nunca faltei com NENHUM pagamento. Estou no meu último semestre da faculdade e por causa de um boleto no valor de R$250 reais (um décimo do preço da mensalidade) que estou com o pagamento atrasado por 20 dias eles estão me ligando cobrando.
O problema é que eles não estão ligando para o responsável financeiro vigente em contrato, que sou eu. Eles estão ligando para números que eu nunca forneci e muito menos dei a liberdade de ligarem para esses números.
Na semana passada eles começaram a ligar, eu questionei a ligação dizendo de qual empresa estavam falando, e essa assessoria de cobrança não quis identificar o nome da empresa. Liguei para o IBMEC e o mesmo não conseguiu identificar o número de telefone que estavam me ligando.
Na própria semana passada, abri uma reclamação com a secretaria do que estava acontecendo. Falando que eles estavam ligando para números que eles não tinham o direito nenhum de ligar.
Nessa semana, depois da reclamação, eles voltaram a ligar nesses mesmos números, sendo 4 números diferentes e NENHUM FOI FORNECIDO AO IBMEC. Um dos números, é de uma criança de 7 ANOS DE IDADE. E eles continuam ligando sem parar para esses números, hoje (07/12) se somaram mais de 10 ligações no total.
Eles estão desrespeitando todos os limites de privacidade, estão assediando a minha família e ainda estão humilhando o aluno perante a essa difamação de dívida. Isso é um absurdo por completo.
I have been an IBMEC student for over 5 years and I have always been faithful with my payments with the institution, I have never missed ANY payments. I am in my last semester of college and because of a ticket in the amount of R $ 250 reais (one tenth of the monthly fee) that I am late paying for 20 days they are calling me charging.
The problem is that they are not calling the financial officer in charge of the contract, which is me. They are calling numbers that I never gave, let alone give them the freedom to call those numbers.
Last week they started calling, I questioned the call saying which company they were talking about, and this collection office did not want to identify the company name. I called IBMEC and he was unable to identify the phone number they were calling me.
Last week, I filed a complaint with the secretary of what was happening. Saying that they were calling numbers that they had no right to call.
That week, after the complaint, they called again on those same numbers, 4 different numbers and NONE WAS PROVIDED TO IBMEC. One of the numbers is a 7 YEAR OLD child. And they keep calling these numbers over and over, today (07/12) more than 10 calls have been added in total.
They are disrespecting all privacy limits, they are harassing my family and they are still humiliating the student in the face of this defamation of debt. This is completely absurd.
