★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 30/06 solicitei meu histórico com os nomes e a titulação dos professores e no dia 06/07 informaram que o histórico estava disponível mas sem os nomes e a titulação e pediu que aguardasse por problemas de TI não conseguiram migrar as informações. A TI deve ser bem arcaica pois hj é dia 28/07 e encaminhei um email e fui ignorada e preciso com urgência para aproveitar as disciplinas e não pagar novamente em plena crise econômica. O IBMEC não tem compromisso e nem empatia com seus alunos. Pensei que depois que a Estácio comprou o grupo ficasse mais organizado. PRECISO COM URGÊNCIA DO MEU HISTÓRICO AJUSTADO. QUE TI É ESTA? DO SÉCULO XX?
Falta empatia, responsabilidade, seriedade, comprometimento.
 On 06/30 I requested my transcript with the names and titles of the professors and on 07/06 they informed that the transcript was available but without the names and qualifications and asked to wait for IT problems they were unable to migrate the information. IT must be very archaic because today is 07/28 and I sent an email and I was ignored and I urgently need to take advantage of the disciplines and not pay again in the middle of the economic crisis. IBMEC is neither committed nor empathetic with its students. I thought that after Estácio bought the group it would be more organized. I URGENTLY NEED MY ADJUSTED HISTORY. WHAT IT IS THIS? THE TWENTIETH CENTURY?
It lacks empathy, responsibility, seriousness, commitment.

No IBMEC tudo é terceirizado, portanto para você acessar alguma coisa ou falar com alguém, você deve ligar no mínimo umas 20 vezes.
Não lidam com pessoas, te tratam como números.
Uma das piores faculdades a qual tive o desprazer de fazer parte.
IBMEC você como faculdade é um cursinho daqueles bem ruins.
Aulas de marketing com professores completamente ultrapassados e 0 preparados para o mercado atual. Professores que estão inclusive na era da mídia física, ou seja, eles realmente não tem ideia para onde o mercado está indo.
Isso resume o IBMEC.

At IBMEC, everything is outsourced, so for you to access something or talk to someone, you must call at least 20 times.
They don't deal with people, they treat you like numbers.
One of the worst faculties I had the displeasure of being a part of.
IBMEC you as a college is one of those very bad courses.
Marketing classes with completely outdated teachers and 0 prepared for the current market. Teachers who are even in the physical media era, meaning they really have no idea where the market is going.
This sums up IBMEC.

Três meses tentando receber meu dinheiro ,já que o curso não aconteceu.
Muitos emails com pedidos de comprovantes, cópias de documentos.Todos entregues.
Depois que enviei tudo o que foi solicitado,simplesmente não fazem mais contato.Nenhuma comunicação.Nenhuma resposta.
Acho que levei um calote.Agora só me resta a justiça.
I registered and paid for the course that did not take place.
Three months trying to get my money, since the course didn't happen.
Many emails with requests for vouchers, copies of documents. All delivered.
After I've sent everything that was requested, they just don't make contact anymore. No communication. No response.
I think I took a default. Now I only have justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como conteudo de curso é excelente , mas a parte administrativa desde sempre deixa a desejar, não se consegue falar com atendente na secretaria, não respondem o whatsapp, o 0800 não sabe informar, e fica dificil ter alguma informação! Recebemos comunicado que haveria colação de grau de direito - centro no dia 18 de maio , mas nada mais informam, e não se consegue confirmar ou não. Não foram escolhidos, orador, patrono, paraninfo, professores homenageados, e o oir é o desencontro de informações . Ontem o o atendente do 0800 me passou um tel que não funciona , o de hoje desconhece tudo isso informado anteriormente, fica difícil . Gostaria de uma resposta objetiva ,grata.
As the course content is excellent, but the administrative part always leaves something to be desired, you can't talk to the clerk at the secretary, they don't answer whatsapp, the 0800 doesn't know how to inform, and it's hard to get any information! We received a communication that there would be a degree of law - center on May 18, but nothing more informs, and it is not possible to confirm or not. Speakers, patrons, paraninfo, professors honored were not chosen, and the oir is the mismatch of information. Yesterday the 0800 attendant gave me a tel that doesn't work, today's is unaware of all this previously informed, it's difficult. I would like an objective answer, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a complete mess. If you need anything from them, you need to make an online request, with a long deadline that will not be met. Most of their staff are rude and they clearly do not care about any of the students. Clearly the management don't care either, because they feel very comfortable with being rude, probably because they know nothing will happen to them. Such an expensive university for a very poor service. Some of the teachers are great, but just the few great ones do not make up for the high tuition fees.
