★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao atendimento por telefone, há muito a ser melhorado nesta empresa.
Como pode um serviço médico não atender chamadas de telefone. São 9h da manha e fiquei pendurada na musiquinha de espera por 15 minutos e na tentativa seguinte, mais 6 minutos. Liguei pra outro setor, e nada tb. É preciso melhorar nisso.
 Regarding telephone service, there is much to be improved in this company.
How can a medical service not answer phone calls. It's 9am in the morning and I hung up on the waiting music for 15 minutes and in the next attempt, another 6 minutes. I called the other sector, and nothing. We need to improve on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz diversos exames na Ibmed e desde o agendamento só tenho elogios. Atendimento telefônico e via watsapp é rápido e eficiente. Todas as funcionárias são simpáticas e atenciosas, vc sente que realmente é cuidada por aqui.
O local é extremamente limpo e organizado.
Venho de São Paulo onde temos muitos lugares com atendimento em excelência, e a Ibmed supera muitos lugares em SP.
Agradeço todo o carinho e cuidado, em especial à Scarlet que desde que coloquei meus pés aqui sempre foi muito querida comigo e com várias pessoas que presenciei seu atendimento.

I did several exams at Ibmed and since the appointment I only have compliments. Phone and WatsApp support is fast and efficient. All the staff are friendly and attentive, you feel like you are really taken care of here.
The place is extremely clean and organized.
I come from São Paulo where we have many places with excellence in service, and Ibmed surpasses many places in SP.
Thanks to all the care and care, especially to Scarlet that since I put my feet here was always very dear to me and with several people that I attended his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um tratamento excelente para meus joelhos . A Dr Talita é maravilhosa além de cuidar da parte física tem todo uma escuta respeitando a necessidade emocional do paciente que já está tão fragilizado pela dor! Meu pai tbm foi e amou !
I did an excellent treatment for my knees. Dr Talita is wonderful, besides taking care of the physical part, she listens respecting the emotional need of the patient who is already so fragile by the pain! My father also went and loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Tinha horário marcado com Dra Joanira genecologista às 10h. Cheguei no horário e me deparei com 5 pessoas na minha frente, todas com horários marcados entre 9 e 10h. Tinha paciente que estava lá desde às 7:30 da manhã. Aguardei até 11:15 e desisti, peguei meu dinheiro de volta e fui procurar outra profissional. Decepção total, quando pagamos caro o mínimo que esperamos é respeito.
Horrible. I had an appointment with Dr. Joanira genecologist at 10am. I arrived on time and I came across 5 people in front of me, all scheduled between 9 and 10 am. There was a patient who had been there since 7:30 in the morning. I waited until 11:15 and gave up, took my money back and went to look for another professional. Total disappointment, when we pay dearly the least we expect is respect.

Poor service, the appointment with an orthopedist, even if scheduled in advance, does not take place less than 1 hour late (2 times in a row)

Terrible.agent is waiting a long time to answer a phone.there are no others.only one.and they leave it in virtual service and you are waiting for service and no one answers.I have never seen such a thing.it looks like a telemarketing company.

Large place, good service, super modern equipment for exams, cost $$$, parking problem that is not always found within 500 meters in the nearby streets, comfortable waiting room (small) with very good hygiene
