- realização de exame sem meu prévio conhecimento seguido de severa dificuldade para enxergar (fato que me impediu de trabalhar por um período de 8 horas e me fez precisar da ajuda de funcionários da clínica para deixar o local com segurança)
- informações divergentes entre a médica e a ouvidoria sobre o período em que eu poderia permanecer com severa dificuldade para enxergar (médica disse "até 2 horas"; ouvidoria disse "até 24 horas ou mais")
 - 1.5 hour delay in care due to another patient fitting in
- examination without my prior knowledge followed by severe difficulty seeing (a fact that prevented me from working for a period of 8 hours and made me need the help of clinic staff to leave the place safely)
- divergent information between the doctor and the ombudsman about the period in which I could remain with severe difficulty seeing (doctor said "up to 2 hours"; ombudsman said "up to 24 hours or more")

Vim fazer pela segunda vez revisao de óculos pq 2 medicos diferentes deram receitas diferentes: os aparelhos nao sao calibrados?
It got a lot worse. People wait more than an hour to be served. Elderly people are standing with nowhere to sit.
I came for the second time to review my glasses because 2 different doctors gave different prescriptions: are the devices not calibrated?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem a consulta foi para o meu filho, a escola pediu uma avaliação. Ele tem 3 anos e 9 meses. Nós chegamos 8h27 e fomos atendidos prontamente, porém saímos dela 10h20. Eu achei tudo muito demorado, meu filho já não estava mais com paciência. Não acho normal uma avaliação oftalmológica durar 110min. Haviam duas apenas médicas para mais de 15 crianças num período de quase 2h.
Yesterday the appointment was for my son, the school asked for an evaluation. He is 3 years and 9 months old. We arrived at 8:27 am and were attended to promptly, but we left at 10:20 am. I found it all very time consuming, my son was no longer patient. I don't think it's normal for an ophthalmological evaluation to last 110min. There were only two doctors for more than 15 children in a period of almost 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um procedimento que foi muito bem sucedido portanto considero os médicos muito bons. Porém a estrutura é assustadora. Muita espera, muitos pacientes, muitos funcionários correndo de um lado para o outro, cadeiras das salas de espera são muito desconfortaveis(sim para ser atendido a gente passa por pelo menos 2 salas de espera lotadas de gente)Concluindo: poucos banheiros para a quantidade de pessoas. Tudo isso durante a pandemia de coronavirus. Fiquei apavorada. Concluindo: bons médicos mas uma péssima estrutura.
I had a procedure that was very successful so I consider the doctors to be very good. But the structure is terrifying. A lot of waiting, a lot of patients, a lot of employees running from one side to the other, chairs in the waiting rooms are very uncomfortable (yes, to be served we go through at least 2 waiting rooms full of people) In conclusion: few bathrooms for the amount of people. All this during the coronavirus pandemic. I was terrified. In conclusion: good doctors but a bad structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons. Porém, o atendimento é cheio de burocracia e sempre com muito atraso.
Já havia decidido nunca mais voltar nesta clínica depois de um atraso de quase 3 horas numa sala de espera, lotada de gente - para uma consulta!! Cheguei a registrar uma reclamação na Ouvidoria na época que pediu desculpas e disse que "estavam tomando atitudes para melhorar o atendimento". Retornando hj para experimentar, depois de 2 anos, não notei melhora alguma!! Ao contrário, continua lotado de pacientes, e atraso na hora da consulta. Muitos funcionários e a sensação de falta de eficiência no sistema. É necessário passar por 3 ou 4 recepções diferentes para finalmente chegar no médico da sua consulta... A única atendente para marcar os exames de retorno estava ausente do seu posto de trabalho às 10h30 da manhã por mais de 30 min, quando desisti da marcação!! Por telefone também fiquei na fila de espera. Haja paciência!!!
Doctors are good. However, the service is full of bureaucracy and always with a lot of delay.
I had already decided never to return to this clinic after being late for almost 3 hours in a crowded waiting room - for an appointment!! I even registered a complaint with the Ombudsman at the time, who apologized and said that "they were taking steps to improve service". Returning today to try it out, after 2 years, I haven't noticed any improvement!! On the contrary, it is still crowded with patients, and appointments are delayed. Too many employees and the feeling of inefficiency in the system. You have to go through 3 or 4 different receptions to finally get to the doctor for your appointment... The only attendant to schedule the return exams was absent from her work station at 10:30 am for more than 30 minutes, when I gave up on the appointment. !! On the phone, I was also in the queue. Be patient!!!
