O funcionário Enildo, desde o primeiro instante, foi muito solícito e me explicou, com detalhes, o problema apresentado pela minha impressora, uma Epson L3150. Não fez nenhum tipo de "descrição mirabolante", situação que passei em outras lojas, para me cobrar a mais. Considerei o preço muito justo. Além disso, tive desconto por pagar à vista através do PIX.
Vale salientar que o prazo de entrega também foi cumprido, no meu caso, três dias. Enildo prontamente demonstrou que ela estava em perfeito estado de funcionamento quando me entregou.
Deixo aqui meu agradecimento e recomendação.

He didn't make any kind of "far-fetched description", a situation I went through in other stores, to overcharge me. I thought the price was very fair. In addition, I had a discount for paying in cash through PIX.
It is worth noting that the delivery deadline was also met, in my case, three days. Enildo promptly demonstrated that it was in perfect working order when he handed it to me.

Levei minha impressora em novembro de 2021 neste lugar e demoraram mais de 15 dias para me entregar, QUANDO LEVEI a impressora estava em perfeito estado precisando apenas da troca de almofadas ( uma L1300) não tinha absolutamente nada quebrado, pq tenho o máximo de cuidado com ela, quando recebi a impressora estava com a tampa da tinta quebrada, além de toda vazada de tinta, achei que tivessem pelo menos trocado a almofada da impressora e pelo jeito nem isso foi feito pq com pouquíssimo tempo de uso 1 mês ( é não é um grande volume de uso, só pra constar, menos de 100 impressões) ela voltou a acender as luzes de alerta e eu não consigo utilizar a impressora, ou seja, paguei R$ 1300,00 ATOA (joguei dinheiro fora), além do que estou aguardando contato até hoje para troca da minha tampa. NÃO COLOQUE SUA IMPRESSORA PARA MANUTENÇÃO NESTE LUGAR.
