★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um notbook da marca multileiser. Três dias depois ele já estava com problema. Fui na loja esperando que fosse resolvido o problema ou até mesmo que dessem um notbook novo,no caso o atendente me disse que eu teria garantia de 7 dias sendo que passou apenas dois dias depois da compra e o assistente técnico disse que aquela garantia não era verdade. E mandou o notbook pra assistencia(obs: que eu que tive que levar até a assistência).
Gravamos o problema e levei até a assistência,passou alguns dias e depois tive a ligação da assistência e disseram que NÃO viram nenhum problema. Trouxe para casa,contudo o problema ainda contínua . Eu acho isso uma palhaçada, pq compramos o aparelho pq estavamos precisando , aí levamos pra assistência passa dias e ficamos impossibilitado de fazer as atividades obrigatórias das nossas vidas!!!

 I bought a multileiser notbook. Three days later he was in trouble. I went to the store hoping that the problem would be solved or even that they would give me a new notbook, in which case the clerk told me that I would have a 7-day warranty and that it was only two days after the purchase and the technical assistant said that the guarantee was not truth. And sent the notbook for assistance (note: that I had to take it to the assistance).
We recorded the problem and took it to the assistance, a few days passed and then I had the assistance call and they said they did NOT see any problems. I brought it home, yet the problem is still ongoing. I think this is a joke, because we bought the device because we were in need, then we took it for assistance for days and we were unable to do the mandatory activities of our lives !!!
