Comprei um iPhone 7 Plus dia 04/09/2019 na loja IBYTE SHOPPING PÁTIO BELÉM, junto com o mesmo me venderam um seguro e me foi prometido uma case original Apple e uma película de vidro para proteção do aparelho.
Ao efetuar o pagamento no caixa, foi feito a instalação da película e na entrega do aparelho me foi informado que a referida Case não tinha mais no estoque. O vendedor CHARLES me solicitou 15 dias para entregar o prometido. Passado o prazo de 15 dias, ao procurar o vendedor o mesmo me informou que o produto tinha saído de linha e que não teria como substituir o mesmo por outro produto, e que deveria retornar à loja para efetuar uma nova compra com desconto em substituição do produto não entregue.
Estive pessoalmente na loja, onde me informei com a gerente sobre o ocorrido e ela informou que não tinha uma solução para meu problema, e que se eu me sentisse prejudicado poderia procurar meus direitos!!!
Achei que uma rede de lojas de porte nacional como IBYTE, tivesse mais critério ao escolher seus gerentes. Pois o tratamento que recebi na referida loja não se espera receber nem de um CAMELÔ. Mesmo efetuando uma compra com pagamento À VISTA de quase R$4.000,00.
Se vocês não podem cumprir o prometido, não prometam!

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus on 04/09/2019 at IBYTE SHOPPING PÁTIO BELÉM store, along with the same sold me a safe and I was promised an original Apple case and a glass film to protect the device.
Upon making the payment at the cashier, the film was installed and upon delivery of the device I was informed that the Case was no longer in stock. The seller CHARLES asked me 15 days to deliver the promised. After 15 days, when looking for the seller informed me that the product had gone offline and could not replace it with another product, and that should return to the store to make a new purchase with discount in replacement of the product not delivered.
I was personally in the store, where I informed the manager about what happened and she said she did not have a solution to my problem, and that if I felt harmed I could look for my rights !!!
I thought a network of nationwide stores like IBYTE would have more discretion when choosing their managers. For the treatment I received at that store is not expected to receive even from a CAMELÔ. Even making a purchase with cash payment of almost $ 4,000.00.
If you cannot deliver, do not promise!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um parente adquiriu um notebook nesta unidade, e a loja/atendente agiu com extrema falta de profissionalismo e/ou até mesmo má fé.
Primeiramente oferecendo um equipamento com uma configuração básica e em seguida oferecendo um upgrade para um SSD de 120Gb com a promessa de "o desempenho será o mesmo de um i7"(sic!) - palavras do vendedor.
Como se não bastasse, o serviço oferecido tem preço SUPERIOR ao valor do hardware, elevando substancialmente o valor do equipamento. Ou seja, com o valor pago pelo notebook i3 + upgrade + serviço, meu familiar poderia ter adquirido um equipamento com configurações SUPERIORES e um preço menor.
Ao invés de orientar de forma profissional e ética um cliente sem conhecimento, o vendedor se valeu disso para obter vantagem. Lamentável e vergonhoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fone de ouvido ele veio com problema fui trocar no domingo eles disseram que domingo não fazem troca. Então tive que voltar na segunda acontece que não moro em Belém, e já ia voltar para minha cidade. Eles não estavam nem aí para isso ?.
I bought a headset, it came with a problem. I changed it on Sunday they said they don't change it on Sunday. So I had to go back on Monday, but I don't live in Belém, and I was already going back to my city. They didn't care for that isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a empresa Ibyte deixa a desejar na qualidade dos seus produtos, onde a marca interna conhecida como GOLDENTEC é apenas uma marca chinesa com a chancela da empresa maior que é a iByte, produtos que são encontradas no camelô da sua cidade.
Neste sentido a empresa assume o risco de ser a RMA (seria a garantia da marca) desses produtos chineses com o nome GOLDENTEC, que quando quebra ou existe um desgaste além do normal, a Ibyte não assume, alegando que é devido ao uso.
Infelizmente a Cadeira Gamer Odissey Red Goldentec (CGG197) não possui nenhum qualidade em relação a costura, a espuma deforma com muita facilidade, sendo que a cadeira suporta 115kg, onde um usuário mediano tem massa de 70 a 90kg, onde a minha cadeira (7 meses de uso) houve um desgaste em relação a costura, sendo de péssima qualidade, ao entrar em contato com o RMA da Ibyte e deram um retorno negativo, entrei em contato diretamente com os superiores, contudo deram negativo para a troca.
Diante dos fatos, NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA CADEIRA, uma cadeira com um custo de 980 reais (hoje custando 929,00), recomendo juntar um pouco mais de grana e comprar uma cadeira de melhor qualidade como ThuderX3 ou uma DXRacer, apesar de ser cara, a qualidade é muito superior e a dor de cabeça será menor e talvez o RMA seja melhor que da própria iByte. Resolvi dá uma chance para a marcar GOLDENTEC, onde me disseram que qualquer problema a troca seria diretamente na Loja. Como PC Gamer, tenho ciência da qualidade de outras marcas, mas me arrependo de ter comprado esta cadeira.

Unfortunately the Odissey Red Goldentec Gamer Chair (CGG197) has no quality in terms of stitching, the foam deforms very easily, and the chair supports 115kg, where an average user has a mass of 70 to 90kg, where my chair (7 months of use) there was wear in relation to the seam, being of very bad quality, when contacting the RMA of Ibyte and they gave a negative return, I contacted the superiors directly, however they gave negative for the exchange.
