. Após fazer fisioterapia no IC, comecei a fazer Pilates e felizmente não tive mais as crises sérias que tinha antes.Os profissionais do IC,trabalham muito bem e são muito competentes.
I have been doing Pilates for about four years, as I have herniated discs in the lower back, I have cervical problems and arthrosis and parrot beaks
. After doing physiotherapy at the IC, I started doing Pilates and luckily I didn't have the serious crises I had before. The IC professionals work very well and are very competent.

Alessandra e assim estou até hoje fazendo manutenção, e a cada semana fico mais e mais realizada, pois ela é uma profissional nota 1000! Recomendo a todos.
My experience at this location is excellent. It must have been 6 years since I attend the IC, weekly, and I don't even think about stopping. I started with dr. Alessandra and so I'm still doing maintenance, and every week I get more and more accomplished, because she's a 1000-grade professional! I recommend it to everyone.

O doutor Wagner e a doutora Alessandra fizeram um atendimento fantástico e me deram todo suporte e orientação para manter uma vida saudável. There is nothing better than a specialized location, ready to directly address the type of problem you have. In my case, I ended up not working due to severe back pain. Dr. Wagner and Dr. Alessandra provided a fantastic service and gave me all the support and guidance to maintain a healthy life.
