Se vc tiver convênio será mal atenddido. Mesmo sendo por hora marcada, vc só será atendido depois que o último plano de saúde sair, mesmo que ele esteja marcado para depois do seu horário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi aqui que as avaliações eram baixas depois de marcar a consulta, mas resolvi ir e só comprovei que o atendimento é péssimo! O médico e a atendente estavam monossílabos e ele só respondia o que eu perguntava com um semblante de quem estava me suportando. Não recomendo!
I saw here that the ratings were low after booking the appointment, but I decided to go and only proved that the service is terrible! The doctor and the attendant were monosyllable and he just answered what I asked with a look of someone who was supporting me. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mim não daria nenhuma estrela, marquei a consulta no início de fevereiro só tinha vaga para 01/04, no dia 31/03 me ligam dizendo que o médico não trabalha mais as sextas e só teria vaga para 2 semanas após minha marcação e em horário que eu não poderia! Total descaso com os pacientes!
I wouldn't give any stars, I made the appointment at the beginning of February, there was only a vacancy for 04/01, on 03/31 they call me saying that the doctor no longer works on Fridays and would only have a vacancy for 2 weeks after my appointment and in time I couldn't! Total disregard for patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, olhando os comentários e pensando: não estamos faltando do mesmo lugar. Pois minha relação com o ICAR tem vários anos e sempre fui muito bem atendida, e o meu convênio é o IPM, as atendentes sempre me trataram muito bem, e os médicos que me atendem (cardiologista/pneumologista/clínico geral) são maravilhosos (principalmente o clínico geral -Dr.Allan) super atenciosos, consulta bem completa, pedem vários exames e conversam sobre todos os resultados. Ou eu tive muita sorte (e continuo tendo) ou estamos falando de outro lugar.
A única reclamação que poderia registrar aqui, seria a demora para conseguir uma consulta, mas no meu entender, isso só reflete o quanto o serviço é bem executado, por essa razão, muito procurado, sendo difícil conseguir uma vaga.
Minha experiência com o ICAR é maravilhosa ?
Wow, looking at the comments and thinking: we're not missing the same place. Because my relationship with ICAR has been going on for several years and I have always been very well attended, and my health insurance is the IPM, the attendants have always treated me very well, and the doctors who attend me (cardiologist/pulmonologist/general practitioner) are wonderful (especially the general practitioner -Dr.Allan) super attentive, consultation very complete, they ask for several exams and talk about all the results. Either I was very lucky (and I still am) or we are talking about somewhere else.
The only complaint I could register here would be the delay in getting an appointment, but in my opinion, this only reflects how well the service is performed, for this reason, it is very sought after, making it difficult to get a spot.
My experience with ICAR is wonderful ?
