Formalizei uma proposta junto a corretora para aquisição de um terreno, apresentei todos os meus documentos, hoje fui informado que a proposta foi alterada pois o saldo devedor do proprietário era maior. Falta de transparência e péssimo atendimento fica evidente nessa negociação. Perdi tempo e um sonho! Essa imobiliária não transmite credibilidade em suas negociações.
Bad conduct of this real estate. I formalized a proposal with the broker to acquire a land, I submitted all my documents, today I was informed that the proposal was changed because the outstanding balance of the owner was higher. Lack of transparency and poor service is evident in this negotiation. I lost time and a dream! This real estate does not convey credibility in its dealings.
