★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, tem várias opções no cardápio porem 90% está indisponível. Meu pedido demorou 30 minutos pra sair e quando finalmente saiu veio errado.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Horrible, it has several options on the menu but 90% is unavailable. My order took 30 minutes to leave and when it finally came out it went wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o twist apaixonante e só veio recheio e cobertura na parte de cima e 70% é só sorvete. A justificativa do atendente com cara de sarro era que o twist é assim mesmo. Há duas semanas atrás comprei o mesmo produto na franquia do dom Pedro em Campinas e tinha recheio/cobertura em todo o copo. NÃO recomendo. Além de demorar para fazer ainda com essa decepção considerando que não é um produto barato para só comer sorvete e não comer o produto conforme é feito em outras franquias.
I bought the exciting twist and it only came with filling and topping and 70% is just ice cream. The justification of the clown-faced attendant was that the twist is like that. Two weeks ago I bought the same product at the Dom Pedro franchise in Campinas and had filling / topping all over the glass. I do not recommend. In addition to taking a long time to do with this disappointment considering that it is not a cheap product to only eat ice cream and not to eat the product as is done in other franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito melhor, atendimento péssimo, pedi amêndoas no monte do seu jeito e as amêndoas vieram inteira, mas misturado o sorvete, o funcionário só colocou na pedra nem misturou direito e já jogou na embalagem, sem falar a miseria de recheio.
It was much better, terrible service, I ordered almonds in the heap of your way and the almonds came whole, but mixed the ice cream, the employee just put it on the stone or mixed it well and already threw it in the packaging, not to mention the misery of filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, extrema má vontade, fui hoje, dia 28/08, haviam dois rapazes, fui atendido pelo rapaz de menor estatura, muito mal educado. O sorvete é gostoso, mas o atendimento foi péssimo, quase que desisti de comprar.
Terrible service, extreme unwillingness, I went today, 28/08, there were two boys, I was attended by a boy of smaller stature, very rude. The ice cream is tasty, but the service was terrible, I almost gave up on buying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom! Estive lá duas vezes e nas duas vezes fui muito bem atendida! Os funcionários tem paciência e disposição para ajudar na escolha e também explicar os itens do menu. Existem vários tamanhos de copos, assim como cascao também. E o valor é bem acessível. O preparo da massa juntamente com os ingredientes escolhidos são feitos na hora, na presença do cliente. Adorei! Super recomendo!

Very good service! I have been there twice and both times was very well attended! The staff have the patience and willingness to help in choosing and also explaining the menu items. There are various cup sizes as well as cascao as well. And the value is very affordable. The preparation of the dough together with the chosen ingredients are done on time, in the presence of the client. I loved it! Super recommend it!

Isso aqui é a casquinha de BAUNILHA COM " CHOCOLATE" QUE safadeza, porque não escrever no cardápio: Baunilha com"CALDA DE CHOCOLATE". Decepção.
Very rude and grumpy attendant, menu with no information, you buy something and you don't even know what you're going to get. Ask well before ordering!!! This is the VANILLA cone WITH "CHOCOLATE" THAT's naughty, why not write on the menu: Vanilla with "CHOCOLATE FRAME". Disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A propaganda é ótima. Vem ate sua mesa, oferecem uma degustação com muita cortesia. Qdo vc vai comprar efetivamente, é um mau atendimento total. A caixa super mal humorada, nao explica as opções. Diz p vc “ler” o cardápio. Não volto mais!!!
Advertising is great. Come to your table, offer a tasting with great courtesy. When you actually go to buy it, it's a total bad service. The box is super grumpy, doesn't explain the options. It tells you to “read” the menu. I won't be back!!!
