★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 14/11/2021 estava na Paulista e a procura de um sorvete diferente para saborear e encontrei o Ice Creamy no Shopping Center 3. Gostei tanto que recomendei para minha amiga. E hoje, dia 15/11, saímos da Zona Sul e fomos até a Paulista, no mesmo shopping para tomar esse sorvete que mostrei fotos e tanto falei. Chegamos lá, depois de pegar um ônibus, um trem e um metrô, para ser tão mau atendida e voltar para a casa sem comer o sorvete e frustradas. A atendente nos atendeu muito mau. Disse que não iria nos atender porque estava ocupada escrevendo no cardápio "indisponível" em um dos sorvetes. Chamamos a gerente que disse que ela não iria nos atender, porque ela não iria deixar de escrever no cardápio só para nos atender. Achei isso o cúmulo do absurdo. Voltamos para casa frustradas, pois fomos na Paulista só para ir ao Ice Creamy. Não recomendo mais a loja para nenhum amigo meu e não volto mais. Decepcionante!
Yesterday, 11/14/2021 I was in Paulista and looking for a different ice cream to taste and I found Ice Creamy in Shopping Center 3. I liked it so much that I recommended it to my friend. And today, 11/15, we left the South Zone and went to Paulista, in the same mall, to eat this ice cream that I showed pictures and talked about so much. We got there, after taking a bus, a train and a subway, to be so poorly served and to return home without eating the ice cream and frustrated. The attendant attended us very badly. Said she wouldn't serve us because she was busy writing "unavailable" on one of the ice creams on the menu. We called the manager who said she wouldn't see us, because she wouldn't stop writing on the menu just to attend to us. I found this the height of absurdity. We returned home frustrated, as we went to Paulista just to go to Ice Creamy. I no longer recommend the store to any of my friends and I won't be back. Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pelo Kauan, o mesmo me atendeu com a maior paciência, me explicou o cardápio, montou meu sorvete impecavelmente e levou na minha mesa sendo sempre muito educado.
E o sorvete estava uma delícia ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns "local guides" aqui dão cinco estrelas e falam que o sorvete é delicioso. Pois bem, a verdade é que esses nunca devem ter ido ao Ice Creamy do Center 3. Fui ontem. Sorvete quase caindo da tigela, pingando, derretendo; a consistência do sorvete não é nada "creamy", há cristais de gelo, sabor aguado (por conta dos cristais de gelo), fora o atendimento atrapalhado. Creio que os "local guides" que deram cinco estrelas pediram o sorvete amassado na pedra com um monte de badulaques. Provem o sorvete puro e entenderão o que digo.
Some "local guides" here give it five stars and say the ice cream is delicious. Well, the truth is that these must never have been to the Ice Creamy at Center 3. I went yesterday. Ice cream almost falling out of the bowl, dripping, melting; the consistency of the ice cream is not "creamy", there are ice crystals, watery flavor (because of the ice crystals), apart from the clumsy service. I think the "local guides" who gave it five stars ordered the ice cream smashed on the stone with a lot of trinkets. Try the pure ice cream and you will understand what I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's such a Pearl on a corner of the shopping center that I tried on some SPECIAL FLAVOURS worth to be in a MUSICAL MOVIE or Children's Birthday Party or a Playground Recreation Time for Kids & Teens mixed Adults grown-ups. MY FANCIEST ICECREAM in multiple add-ons THE BANANA SPLIT, Those TUTTI FRUTTI GUMMY TASTE which smears the MOUTH + TONGUE and make all drop in laughter. All this magic is over there. Soon I will be back for a DEMO DEGUSTATION TIME with the attendants. Yuppie time!!!
