Em tempos de Pandemia precisamos de informações corretas e atualizadas no que se refere ao horário de atendimento. No site oficial isso não está acontecendo, tambem mais canais de contato como Whatsapp e Facebook, que são as redes mais utilizadas. Os números de telefone são só comerciais e ninguem atende.
Os horários de Shopings são diferentes das lojas e isso confunde muito. Não é possível saber se estão realmente funcionando. Hoje por exemplo preciso imprimir docs urgentes mas não vou sair de casa sem saber se estão trabalhando realmente e estou há horas tentando contato.
No mais, dou prioridade à vcs pq o serviço sempre foi excente.

In times of Pandemic, we need correct and updated information regarding the opening hours. On the official website this is not happening, also more contact channels like Whatsapp and Facebook, which are the most used networks. The phone numbers are only business and no one answers.
Shopping hours are different from stores and this is very confusing. It is not possible to know if they are really working. Today, for example, I need to print urgent documents but I will not leave the house without knowing if they are really working and I have been trying to contact them for hours.
In addition, I give priority to you guys because the service has always been excellent.

Só uma observação, por se tratar de grande demanda, um só atendente, torna-se insuficiente.
Ademais, tudo bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei lá ontem pela manhã e fui muito bem atendida pelo rapaz, voltei a noite 21h30 pois precisava imprimir um desenho para uma cliente e aproveitei para imprimir uma foto minha a atendente super arrogante ficou dizendo por diversas vezes que eu precisaria escolher logo pois iria fecha a loja, mesmo faltando 20min até aí ok, a parte de cima da minha impressão o papel saiu amassado na ponta e o desenho falhado, ela disse bem grosseiramente que o desenho era daquele jeito sendo que todo o resto ficou normal e se eu quisesse a foto teria que ficar com aquela e ela não iria imprimir outra, final das contas conclui que ela só queria que eu fosse embora pra ela fechar a loja em paz, péssima funcionária, se for a dona pior ainda.
Fiquei sem minha foto.

I lost my photo.
