★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamento péssimo, parece que estamos pedindo um favor, se for Hapvida então... ficam reagendado consulta, acredito que deve ser algum problema com o plano, mas cliente da hapivida prepare se pra não ser bem atendido.

Fora a recepcionista... a médica que me atendia era ótima e me passava firmeza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para agendar uma consulta devido a sequela pós covid, fui pessimamente atendido com a seguinte frase "É primeira consulta? Não temos vaga!", ou seja, você que lute e não ligue novamente! falta de empatia e respeito com o cliente, cadê a existência e interesse em fazer uma lista de espera?! Nota zero!!!
I called to schedule an appointment due to post covid sequel, I was poorly attended with the following sentence "Is this your first appointment? We don't have a vacancy!" lack of empathy and respect for the customer, where is the existence and interest in making a waiting list?! Grade zero!!!

Eu não tenho o que dizer da recepcionista, sempre me atendeu bem. O fato de não ficar sorrindo o tempo todo, não me afeta em nada.
