Ao entrar em contato com esse Lucas, o mesmo informou que estava tudo certo. Recebemos outro e-mail confirmando. Chegamos e não tinha nem meu nome no sistema. Absurdo total. Não façam negócio com eles.
Company with no credibility and poor service from Lucas, who belongs to this real estate agency. We booked a room and, after paying, we received an email canceling the reservation. Upon contacting this Lucas, he informed him that everything was fine. We received another email confirming. We arrived and I didn't even have my name on the system. Total nonsense. Don't do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva de duas unidades no Villas do Pratagy para minha família pelo Booking um mês antes de nossa estada. Realizei o pagamento e no dia seguinte cancelaram a reserva sem qualquer explicação. Entrei em contato com a ICM Imobiliária pelo whatsapp, bem como via ligação telefônica e eles mal respondiam. Só tive dor de cabeça, mas a "enxaqueca" bateu quando chegamos no local. O porteiro nos barrou, alegando que apenas uma das unidades havia sido reservada. Foi um longo tempo até que a situação fosse resolvida. Já no quarto, pedi que resolvessem a situação do ar condicionado sem funcionamento, mas pararam de me responder. Enfim, não recomendo esta imobiliária para nada, péssima no atendimento e na resolução de problemas.
I booked two units at Villas do Pratagy for my family through Booking a month before our stay. I made the payment and the next day they canceled the reservation without any explanation. I got in touch with ICM Imobiliária through whatsapp, as well as via phone call and they barely answered. I just had a headache, but the "migraine" hit when we got there. The doorman stopped us, claiming that only one of the units had been booked. It was a long time before the situation was resolved. In the bedroom, I asked them to resolve the situation with the air conditioning not working, but they stopped answering me. Anyway, I don't recommend this real estate agency for anything, it's terrible in terms of service and problem solving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos um Apartamento em péssimas condições, tivemos que esperar 3 horas para entrar, quando entramos não tinha lençol, fronha e toalhas para todos.
Cadeira quebrada, muitas baratas,
Ar condicionado com vazamento de água, teto caindo com buraco.
No dia seguinte levou toalhas usada, úmidas e sujas. Um único rolo de papel e molhado.
Foi oferecido a troca de apartamento, porém tivemos os mesmos problemas, tive que alugar lençol, fronhas e toalhas por conta própria e não fui reembolsado.
Péssima experiência.
We rented an Apartment in terrible condition, we had to wait 3 hours to get in, when we got in there was no sheet, pillowcase and towels for everyone.
Broken chair, many cockroaches,
Air conditioning leaking water, roof falling with hole.
The next day he took used towels, damp and dirty. A single roll of paper is wet.
A change of apartment was offered, but we had the same problems, I had to rent sheets, pillowcases and towels on my own and I was not refunded.
Bad experience.

Suíte limão 7...pelo Booking.bem diferente do anunciado,tv não funcionava,estava sem toalhas,sofa não dá nem para sentar,muito menos dormir,eletrodomésticos sujos,higiene precária e falta o mínimo para uma estadia.quando cobrei as toalhas,não respondia e ainda foram grossos porque cobrei o mínimo.
Rent a flat in Pratagy with Lucas.
