★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, estamos aguardando o contato da secretaria do Dr Andre (Silvia) para o agendamento da cirurgia à aproximadamente seis meses, enviamos o laudo e a mesma diz que nao recebeu e não teve sequer o cuidado de chekar se tinha algum paciente na fila de espera para fazer a cirurgia, pessimo atendimento da equipe administrativo, se fosse um caso de vida ou morte teria morrido.
Very close attention, we are waiting for the contact of the secretary of Dr Andre (Silvia) to schedule the surgery approximately six months, we send the report and it says that it did not receive and did not even have the care to check if there were any patients in the queue waiting to do the surgery, poor care of the administrative staff, if it were a case of life and death would have died.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe que trabalha no agendamento da cirurgia é extremamente relapsa com o andamento dos processos, não retornam o contato e sequer demonstram preocupação com os pacientes. Acredito que o trabalho do dr. André fica muito prejudicado pela falta de profissionalismo da equipe administrativa que ele emprega.
The team that works in scheduling the surgery is extremely slow with the progress of the processes, does not return contact and does not even show concern for the patients. I believe that the work of dr. André is greatly affected by the lack of professionalism in the administrative team he employs.
