Resultado: pedido atrasado há mais de um mês, deram dois novos prazos que também não foram cumpridos, e ainda por cima zero satisfação caso você não os procure para saber como está o andamento.
Péssima experiência. Pensem bem...
My team placed an order with Icone on 4/3/21, very calm, as the company seems to be quite serious.
Result: order overdue for more than a month, two new deadlines were given that were also missed, and on top of that, zero satisfaction if you don't look for them to see how things are going.
