★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quando ligamos para resolver problemas do nosso interesse, onde queremos pagar de alguma forma que de encaixa nas condições tanto para vc, tanto para a empresa, o no meu caso a pessoa que me atende fui arrogante, acho que não acordou muito bom, estava de mal humor, não queria fazer parcelado, queria que eu passasse a vista, em plena pandemia que tem dinheiro a vista com as empresas parada?, Ainda perguntei de tinha alguma outra forma além do a vista ele me disse " O senhor tem quanto ? Vai pagar?...enfim.
Não liguei mais... nós queremos pagar o que devemos e eles sendo prepotentes e arrogantes só porque estamos devendo, mas já acionei o procon para poder fazer um acordo da dívida.

How much? Will you pay? ... anyway.
I didn't care anymore ... we want to pay what we owe and they are being boastful and arrogant just because we owe them, but I already called the procon to be able to make a debt agreement.
