★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei a clínica para consulta sempre chego mais cedo passei 2 hrs aguardando e fui procurar saber a atendente disse que o planserv estava fora do ar.Liguei para o planserv e a consulta estava autorizada e tinha o número da autorização .A atendente tinha acesso tbm a autorização mas estava me deixando por último pq o sistema dela não conseguia imprimir isso foi dia 22/ 01/22 desde 7: 40 aguardo a consulta 8:30 e já são 09: 39.So fiquei sabendo pq questionei e liguei para o plano
 I arrived at the clinic for an appointment, I always arrive earlier, I spent 2 hours waiting and went to find out the attendant said that the planserv was down. I called the planserv and the appointment was authorized and had the authorization number. The attendant also had access to authorization but it was leaving me for last because her system couldn't print it was 22/01/22 since 7:40 am waiting for the appointment 8:30 and it's already 09:39. So I found out because I asked and called the plan

Very time-consuming service! Even making an appointment a week in advance, I had to wait an hour after the time I had scheduled to be attended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica está falindo? Pergunto porque por 2 vezes do dia 03/01/2022 fiquei mais de 15 minutos na linha tentando marcar um procedimento com Dra Floriceia e ninguém atendeu. A 2° opção foi tentar pelo Whatsapp do mesmo número de telefone e desde às 11:00 da presente data estou aguardando alguém me atender no virtual
Enfim, clínica excluída do meu rol de referência dermatologica. Quem era o IDAB hein?
Is the clinic failing? I ask because twice on 01/03/2022 I was on the line for more than 15 minutes trying to schedule a procedure with Dr Floriceia and no one answered. Anyway, clinic excluded from my list of dermatological reference. Who was the IDAB huh?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes. Marquei uma consulta com a Dra. Floricea para as 10:00 hs. cheguei 15 minutos antes e sai às 12:30 sem conseguir ser atendida. Os pacientes que resolverem ir a essa clinica saibam que vão perder o dia todo!!
A lack of respect for patients. I made an appointment with Dr. Floricea for 10:00 am. I arrived 15 minutes early and left at 12:30 without being served. Patients who decide to go to this clinic know that they will miss the whole day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma espera de mais de 20 minutos para marcar uma consulta e ninguém atende, agora pode ser marcado por whatsapp e nem assim atendem, vai no atendimento automático e quando pedem nome e nascimento do paciente não falam mais nada, um absurdo. Um descaso.
A wait of more than 20 minutes to make an appointment and no one answers, now it can be booked by whatsapp and they still don't answer, it goes to automatic service and when they ask for the patient's name and birth they don't say anything else, absurd. A neglect.

Apesar de a equipe médica ser boa, não cumpre o horário do agendamento, não adianta você chegar com antecedência. Você vai esperar, e MUITOOO.
As atendentes e o Call Center são PÉSSIMOSSSS, são grosseiras e trata o cliente com um descaso TOTAL, não recomendo em hipótese alguma.
Tive que manter contato com o Call Center sobre uma autorização de exame e a atendente chamada MIRELA me tratou com arrogância e desprezo, prestando um atendimento D E T E S T Á V E L...
Procurem outra clínica.
Bad experience with IDAB.
Although the medical team is good, they don't meet the schedule, it's no use for you to arrive early. You will wait, and A LOT.
The attendants and the Call Center are TERRIBLE, they are rude and treat the customer with TOTAL disregard, I do not recommend under any circumstances.
I had to contact the Call Center about an exam authorization and the attendant called MIRELA treated me with arrogance and contempt, providing a D E T E S T A V E L service...
Find another clinic.
