★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto a parte técnica e médica fui bem atendida, porém, quando fui devolver o aparelho Holter, cheguei bem cedo, pois fui orientada que outra pessoa iria usá-lo. Cheguei uns dez minutos antes de abrir a empresa e encontrei uma funcionária uniformizada q adentrava ao local e solicotei a mesma se poderia receber o aparelho, momento em que fui repreendida grosseira e gratuitamente, por chegar antes do início do seu serviço, pedi desculpas e resolvi aguardar, mas a dita funcionária pegou o aparelho me deixando profundamente confusa, se a atitude dela é norma da empresa, eu já tinha me desculpado e aguardaria sem nenhum problema, mas se ela pode abrir excessão, porque não fazer de forma educada e humanizada? Poderia ter se negado ou apenas me orientado, mas de forma digna, eu entenderia...mas me nego a entender e aceitar pessoa mal educada, arrogante, sem respeito pelo seu semelhante, parece q não tem família, q não veste a camisa de onde trabalha, espero que a empresa reveja seus funcionários orientando-os e não permita que atos inconsequentes venham a prejudicar a prestadora de serviços sérios, qualificados e de referência.Trate as pessoas como quer se tratado, não sou diferente de ninguém, apenas contratei serviços de onde vc trabalha e exijo respeito.

I could have refused or just oriented myself, but in a dignified way, I would understand ... but I refuse to understand and accept a rude, arrogant person, without respect for his fellow man, it seems that he has no family, he does not wear his shirt. where I work, I hope that the company will review its employees by guiding them and not allow inconsequential acts to harm the serious, qualified and referral service provider. Treat people the way they are, I'm no different from anyone, I just hired services where you work from and demand respect.
