★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento até é bom,mas falta organização e ficam tentando te vender mais serviços, serviços esses que você não precisa, quando precisar novamente deste tipo de serviço (troca de embreagem) com certeza irei em outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, o que dizer da ideal embreagem, o atendimento é bom a embreagem em si não vale nada, nunca mais volto a esse local, fui com meu carro no dia 04/022022 quando foi dia 14/02/2022 retornei pois a embreagem apresentava problema, quando estava lá, reparei que de meia em meia hora chega alguém reclamando do serviço, foi aí que resolvi olhar os comentários no Google e para minha surpresa foi o pior possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 4 estrelas pelo mecânico pois é um excelente profissional eduardo nos esclarece bem e fim profissional extraordinário muito já o vendedor e Luiz Henrique e despreparado tenta vende peças que não precisamos de troca queria que eu trocar o volante do motor de um carro seme novo não gostei pois eu avia conferido e estava ótimo mesmo assim ele existia..............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO LEVEM SEU CARRO NESSA OFICINA!!! NÃO RECOMENDO !!!Fiz a troca da embreagem de um Siena com 74mil e com 78mil a mesma apresentou problemas de trepidação ao arrancar o carro. Fui no prazo da garantia e realizaram a troca. Logo depois da troca o carro começou a vibração excessiva no motor ou seja na troca forçaram os suportes da caixa e do motor, danificam o item do carro e mesmo assim o carro continuou com a trepidação ao arrancar. Essa embreagem remanufaturada é furada não PRESTAAAAAAAAAAA e além disso mecânicos despreparados. O Gerente veio com o papo que trocar o KIT e colocar um original e nem mesmo aceitou pagar a diferença, se o produto fosse de qualidade iriam resolver o problema. Ou seja realmente a embreagem remanufaturada não prestaaaaaaaaa.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS WORKSHOP!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I changed the clutch of a Siena with 74mil and with 78mil it had vibration problems when starting the car. I went under warranty and they replaced it. Right after the change, the car started to vibrate excessively in the engine, that is, in the change, they forced the box and engine supports, damage the car item and even then the car continued with the trepidation when starting. This remanufactured clutch is punctured with NO PRESTAAAAAAAAAAA and also unprepared mechanics. The Manager came with the chat that he would change the KIT and put an original one and he didn't even accept to pay the difference, if the product was of quality they would solve the problem. In other words, the remanufactured clutch is really not useful.
