O pessoal no geral é educado e o ambiente é limpo.
O banheiro e a área de vestuário precisam de uma reforma.
Eles trabalham com tarifas diárias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une salle de petite taille bien équipée, un accueil très agréable. Si vous n'avez de CPF Brésilien, pensez à prendre votre passeport pour profiter d'une séance gratuite d'essai - très pratique si vous êtes de passage.
A small room well equipped, a very nice home. If you do not have a Brazilian CPF, consider taking your passport to enjoy a free trial session - very convenient if you are passing through.

Atenciosos e extremamente cuidadosos na aplicação dos treinos, sem falar na simpatia e gentileza com que tratam oa frequentadores. Os resultados dos treinos, aliados à disciplina dos alunos (lógico que cada um deve fz a sua parte), são visivelmente percebidos em poucas semanas. A aparelhagem , talvez esteja um pouco desgastada, porém é apenas um detalhe diante da excelente qualidade do treinamento oferecido por seus educadores físicos. Recomendo, sem dúvida alguma.
Exceptional instructors, the best I have known in Fortaleza in the three years I have been here. Attentive and extremely careful in the application of training, not to mention the friendliness and kindness with which they treat regulars. The results of the training, combined with the discipline of the students (of course, each one must do their part), are noticeable in a few weeks. The equipment may be a little worn, but it is only a detail in view of the excellent quality of the training offered by its physical educators. I definitely recommend it.

O espaço não é tão grande, mas dá pra treinar, em alguns momentos está muito cheio.
The staff is really nice.
The space isn't that big, but you can train, it's very crowded at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem quer fazer Cross Fit deva ser maravilhoso. A ala de musculação deixa a desejar imensamente. Infelizmente aparelhos descuidados. Falta cuidados básicos contra a covid 19. Infelizmente não tive uma experiência muito boa.
For those who want to do Cross Fit it must be wonderful. The weight room leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately careless appliances. Basic care is lacking against covid 19. Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience.
