Spacious store and polite attendants , but you should see to turn that sound down and put some ambient sound because it 's awful to communicate with that awful noise , and there 's still a blessed one talking into the microphone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou estudante, estudo todos os dias 5 horas e meia por dia, consegui ir na loja apenas hoje, com o intuito de trocar um tênis e um conjunto de roupas. Quando cheguei a loja estava pra fechar porém ainda tinha clientes lá dentro, a mulher que estava saindo não me deixou entrar para fazer a troca. Nunca tive problemas de atendimento lá, essa me surpreendeu bastante pois a ideal é uma loja muito boa! Quando eu conseguir trocar oque preciso, vou perguntar o nome dela farei uma reclamação aqui com o nome dela, péssima atendente, não sabe cativar os clientes e ainda por cima vender!
I'm a student, I study every day 5 and a half hours a day, I managed to go to the store just today, in order to change a pair of sneakers and a set of clothes. When I arrived the store was about to close but there were still customers inside, the woman who was leaving wouldn't let me in to make the exchange. I've never had any problems with customer service there, this one surprised me a lot because the ideal is a very good store! When I manage to change what I need, I'll ask her name, I'll make a complaint here with her name, terrible attendant, doesn't know how to captivate customers and sell!
