★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta além de demorar com a entrega nos venderam uma porta com defeitos com ondulação , tivemos que lixar e tirar todas as lascas de madeiras para poder ficar lisa e poder pintar, ou seja compramos uma porta acabada e no fim meu marido teve que arrumar ela toda me arrependo de não ter devolvido, muito decepcionada , NÃO RECOMENDO essa loja . PÉSSIMO
I bought a door in addition to taking delivery, they sold us a door with defects with ripples, we had to sand and remove all the wood chips to be smooth and be able to paint, that is, we bought a finished door and in the end my husband had to fix it she all regret not having returned, very disappointed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas portas. Vieram com o desenho na parte de cima ao invés da parte de baixo como eu havia escolhido e ainda uma das portas veio com dois furos e a outra porta um furo como se fizessem uma adaptação para me enviar.
I bought two doors. They came with the design on the top instead of the bottom as I had chosen and yet one of the doors came with two holes and the other door a hole as if they were making an adaptation to send me.

Deram um prazo de 30 dias para entrega, não cumpriram.
E quando entregaram, as portas não estava de acordo com o que pedimos.
DEvolvemos e solicitamos uma nova. E disseram que seria mais 30 dias para entregar. Optamos por outra (mais cara) e quando trouxeram esta nova porta veio sem a peça da fechadura. Entramos em contato com eles para colocarem. Os mesmo trouxeram a peça e não se deram o trabalho de colocar.
Ou seja nós compramos a porta "pronta" e ainda temos que arrumá-la por falta de respeito desta loja!
Repito não recomendo a ninguém.
Worst place to buy, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
They gave a deadline of 30 days for delivery, did not comply.
And when they delivered, the doors did not agree with what we asked for.
We develop and request a new one. And they said it would be another 30 days to deliver. We opted for another one (more expensive) and when they brought this new door it came without the lock part. We contacted them to post. They brought the piece and did not bother to put it on.
In other words, we bought the door "ready" and we still have to fix it for lack of respect from this store!
I repeat I do not recommend it to anyone.
