A loja simplesmente informa que no controle deles está tudo correto e não irão nos ressarcir da peça faltante. Um total descaso e desrespeito com os consumidores. NÃO RECOMENDO para ninguém. Os produtos são excelentes, porém na primeira compra que fizemos já teve esse problema e não foi resolvido pela empresa. We made a purchase of stainless steel fittings and unions. It so happens that the order arrived with a missing union, a single product worth R$ 34.40 in a purchase with a total value of R$ 1972.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. The products are excellent, but the first purchase we made had this problem and it was not resolved by the company.
