Como moro em São Paulo, peguei estrada, são 240 kms ida e volta, paguei e pedágio, estou aguardando aqui desde às 9 horas e ninguém apareceu. Entrei em contato com a empresa agora, e disseram que não vão vir, que esqueceram de avisar.... pessima experiência e péssimo atendimento
I scheduled, well in advance, installation of air with this company for a house that I have in the city of Salto. As I live in São Paulo, I took the road, it's 240 km round trip, I paid and toll, I'm waiting here since 9 am and no one showed up. I contacted the company now, and they said they will not come, they forgot to warn .... bad experience and bad service

Equipe muito educada, e que demonstra muito conhecimento sobre os produtos e os serviços que oferecem. Preço justo. Certamente tornarei a chamá-los para manutenções e novas instalações. Recomendo a todos.
I installed air conditioning in my home with Ideal. Great service from the budget, then the first technical visit to the installation of the machines. Very polite team, and that demonstrates a lot of knowledge about the products and services they offer. Fair price. I will certainly call them again for maintenance and new installations. I recommend it to everyone.
