Em 31/08/2021 minha esposa fez devolução do Sapatênis Masculino Casual cor marrom Café na loja Ideale e foi proposto que iriam enviar a fábrica para análise.
Em 15/09/2021 minha esposa e eu retornamos a loja Ideale do Shopping Cidade para pegar o mesmo Sapatênis Masculino Casual Cor marrom Café que foi colado e tivemos que esperar outra cliente que chego depois da gente ser atendida, para a gente ser atendido com a entrega do Sapatênis Masculino Casual Gelo cor marrom Café colado ao invés de trocado por um novo Sapatênis Masculino Casual Gelo cor marrom café, ou seja, para comprar é um atendimento e para fazer devolução de troca o atendimento fica demorado e a desejar o que revela um péssimo pós-vens da loja Ideale do shopping cidade.
Em 19/09/2021 o Sapatênis Masculino Casual cor marrom Café está descolado e rasgado onde descolou da 1a vez e só agora foi visto porque a 1a cola parecida com SuperBond cobriu o rasgo e isto é um absurdo e falta de respeito e fidelidade ao cliente, uma vez a loja Ideale do shopping do cidade não fez de imediato a troca em 31/08/2021 sob o pretexto de uma análise de fábrica e na verdade fizeram uma colagem “meia boca” no Sapatênis Masculino Casual cor marrom Café???
On 05/08/2021 my wife bought a pair of Brown Casual Shoes Men Café at Ideale store in Shopping Cidade, Father's Day gift.

On 09/15/2021 my wife and I returned to Shopping Cidade's Ideale store to pick up the same Casual Men's Shoes Brown Color Coffee that was pasted and we had to wait for another customer who arrives after we've been served, for us to be served with the delivery of the Men Casual Shoes Ice brown color Coffee pasted instead of exchanged for a new Men Casual Shoes Ice brown color coffee brown, that is, to buy it is a service and to return an exchange, the service is delayed and you want what it reveals a bad after-sales of the Ideale store in the city mall.
