Já adquirir dois box da marca, o Flex e o Elegance. Muito feliz com as aquisições. Recentemente, após quase 2 anos de uso, uma das peças apresentou problemas. Entrei em contato com o representante da minha região, que acionou a Ideia Glass, e me enviou a peça. Problema solucionado. Ideia Glass is not just a company that sells quality materials. It's not just a company that will make your bathroom beautiful and with the best use of space. I have already acquired two branded box sets, Flex and Elegance. Very happy with the acquisitions. Recently, after almost 2 years of use, one of the parts had problems. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem o BOX ARTICULADO DE CANTO, comprei com um representante dessa empresa e me arrependi, o box tem a finalidade de não molhar o banheiro, pois bem, esse é 3 vezes mais caro que o tradicional pois te dá uma esperança que o acesso a área de banho é maior, realmente é, mas as frestas dos vidros "que não tem vedação" faz com que todos os respingos do banho escorram para fora da área do banho "coisa que a vendedora falou que não acontece". Se é para comprar um box e depois ter que ficar secando o banheiro prefira o tradicional ou nem coloque.
Do not buy the ARTICULADO CORNER BOX, I bought it from a representative of this company and I regretted it, the box is intended to not wet the bathroom, well, this is 3 times more expensive than the traditional one because it gives you hope that access to bathing area is bigger, it really is, but the cracks in the glass "which have no seal" causes all the splash from the bath to run out of the bathing area "which the seller said doesn't happen". If you are going to buy a box and then have to dry the bathroom, prefer the traditional one or don't even put it on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma Vidraçaria e sempre ofereci para meus clientes os produtos Ideia Glass por achar esteticamente bonito, mas desde o inicio não tivemos bom contato com os vendedores que sempre muda além de mau conseguirem dar uma informação concreta, fora que um deles ainda disse que eu que não sabia vender quando comentei do valor já ser alto (Ridículo). Os cliente sempre pedem para ver amostras e como todos os vendedores que falei dizem que vão providenciar e nada até ai relevei e nem estava oferecendo mais, porém recentemente adquiri um box elegance na cor rosê para uma cliente que me pediu, quem já pesquisou sabe que não é um valor barato inclusive por venderem somente acima de 1,50 de largura. Verificando o material percebi que a pintura esta de EXTREMA MÁ QUALIDADE aonde encostar vai riscar por ser uma leve pintura ou seja um produto caro que não tem uma pintura de qualidade.

Customers always ask to see samples and as all the salespeople I spoke to say they will provide it and nothing so far I revealed and I wasn't even offering more, but I recently acquired an elegance box in rosé color for a customer who asked me, anyone who has researched knows that It's not a cheap price even because they only sell over 1.50 wide. Checking the material I noticed that the paint is EXTREME BAD QUALITY where touching it will scratch because it is a light paint or is an expensive product that does not have a quality paint.
