Sem contar,que colocaram o armário de outro cliente,no meu banheiro.
I am "grieving" for almost 15 days for them to complete the kitchen cabinet installation!
Not to mention, they put the wardrobe of another client, in my bathroom.

Foi extremamente difícil conseguir que fizessem os ajustes solicitados após a montagem, sem falar nos problemas para obter respostas no grupo de WhatsApp criado pela própria Idélli (por inúmeras vezes ultrapassaram o prazo estipulado por eles mesmos para retorno - quando respondiam).
Excellent sale and material, OK assembly, terrible after-sales.
It was extremely difficult to get them to make the requested adjustments after the assembly, not to mention the problems to get answers in the WhatsApp group created by Idélli (many times they exceeded the deadline stipulated by them for return - when they answered).
